Robyn Zagoren

Robyn Zagoren is a leader in the field of wellness. Her career combines over 30 years of experience in sports medicine, health, and wellness at both the collegiate and K-12 level. Robyn was an Athletic Trainer and assistant professor at Hofstra University and the Head Athletic Trainer and Ship’s Medicine instructor at the United States Merchant Marine Academy.

Robyn works as the wellness coordinator for the Littleton Public School District. She has brought in over four million in grants to benefit students. Her employee wellness program has won many awards including the American Heart Association Gold Level award listed in Forbes Magazine.

Robyn graduated from Boston University with a bachelors in Physical Education and Health and Northeastern University with a Masters in Sports Medicine. She is a certified mindfulness instructor and continues to be a lifelong learner and adventurer.

John Hanley

John Hanley has over 24 years of martial arts experience.  He is a registered Master Level Instructor in the Body Mind Systems Martial Arts organization and owns multiple locations in Boston, MA and Denver, CO. John specializes in teaching Instructors around the country and he also has trained employees at small to large organizations, including Jeppesen Boeing, Jefferson County Human Resources Department, Tri-County Health Department and Littleton Public School teachers and Administration.

John is also the owner of Active Response Tactics Self Defense and he is a SABRE Civilian Safety Awareness Program Certified Instructor and a College Safety Awareness Program Certified Instructor, which teaches pepper spray and street awareness training for adults and children.

John graduated from Berklee College of Music in Boston, MA and has had the opportunity to play around the country in various bands. He is currently the co-founder and guitarist for the band Sound7 which plays a combination of Rock, Reggae, Funk, Soukous, Zouk, Rumba and Blues.
